Web Design:The Water Mains Matrix is a web application allowing our client to manage communications throughout the water upgrade works in the greater Dublin region. It is based on our bespoke web solution which effectively centralises communications received as a result of public feedback from upgrade works that can be managed and delegated by the client. Through the system, the administrator has a snapshot of communications received, the nature of those communications and the resolved status of those communications which the geographical region in question.
